Born in Tweed Heads, NSW, and raised in Tugun on the Gold Coast, Madison is a proud Indigenous Australian, with both sides of her family deeply connected to their heritage. Growing up by the beach shaped her love for the outdoors, long walks, and a relaxed yet people-focused approach to life. She prefers face-to-face interactions and is always ready to pick up the phone for a call rather than send a text.
Her values—respect, responsibility, and passion—guide her both professionally and personally. With a natural ability to handle situations others might shy away from, Madison takes pride in creating smooth, enjoyable experiences for guests. Whether it’s assisting with bookings, handling special requests, or solving unexpected challenges, she approaches every interaction with warmth and professionalism.
Outside of work, you’ll find Madison in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, at a Pilates class, or enjoying a quiet moment with a good book. Inspired by her parents’ kindness and encouragement to follow her dreams, she brings that same energy and determination to everything she does.
