Over the past few years, his focus has shifted from building to leading and is really enjoying helping others learn, develop and grow. Lastly, Don tries to drive results through an ethos of continual improvement.

Get to know Don!

Don originally arrived to Sydney from Canada to check out the Olympics. He is also now a proud Australian. Having lived all over Mosman and Manly, he loves everything that involves the great outdoors. He is passionate about skiing, kayaking, shooting-hoops, swimming, hiking, camping and the list goes on and on.

Most importantly, Don is a proud father of 3 growing Aussie boys and will do just about anything to spend time with them getting amongst it. He is known by friends, family and colleagues as having a vivacious love of life and understands that without a struggle…there is no victory.

1. Who inspires you & why?
My Son: His passion, resilience, persistence and work ethic is amazing.

2. Favourite Food?
Has to be Italian!

3. My favorite thing to do is?
Skiing, Powder…nothing else like it.

4. One thing on my bucket list?
Trekking the Himalayas.

5. Best Book or Movie of all time?
Legends of the Fall (cheesy I know but I love it).
