Residential Property Manager
The Company

The Role
As our Property Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
- Being our eyes and ears on the ground (this is such an important role!)
- Conducting thorough ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections, utilising various apps for reporting
- Liaising with the HQ team, owners, guests, tenants, and trades to coordinate property access.
- Creating photo/video recordings and documenting property condition and presentation
- Providing administration support, ensuring seamless operations
- Addressing small ad-hoc issues and odd jobs as they arise
- Ensuring that all inspection reports are reviewed, and photos uploaded daily for prompt action
- In addition to property inspections, you may also support property management, sales, and marketing activities where required.
A little about you
You are a positive, proactive self-starter. You’re a person who likes to anticipate needs, presents well, and has a keen eye for detail. You may be a bit OCD when it comes to cleanliness, order, and property standards.
You also:
- Enjoy working independently and being out in the field, managing your own time effectively.
- Have common sense, ability to think on your feet and make mid-course corrections
- Have high attention to detail and take pride in ensuring properties meet the highest standards
- Are confident and competent driver and have a valid driver’s licence (we can provide a company car)
- Live within a 30-minute commute to the Manly/Mosman area
- Are fluent and advanced in the command of the English language.
- Available now and able to commit for a minimum of 6 months. Must be willing and able to work through the busy summer period Dec/Jan.
- May be interested in using this role as a step into a bigger/broader long-term opportunity.
